When blue tits take over the world their first plan of action will be to convert the visible spectrum of the world to blue, yellow and green (exactly as it is in this painting) so they will no longer be visible to most predators. They will also develop the ability to exist in two places at once. This means they will use the Moon as their highest lookout perch while simultaneously being present on Earth (see painting). This highest-of-high lookout point will enable them to spot any remaining threats. Blue-tit faery points out to the blue-tits that without any natural predators a population explosion will result. "Precisely” they say. “Omnipresence is our key to world domination”.

I recently started working from a small studio in the back of the garden. This tiny urban garden is full of wildflowers, plants, small trees and most recently some froglets. I have been looking after this space for a number of years and I adore it, especially in the Summer when it completely blossoms. So when I discovered that I would be able to do my work from a studio in the garden I was thrilled. I love spending time watching the birds from my window as they come and feed from the feeders in the trees. I listen to their calls, chirps, gossiping and enjoy watching their antics and general carry-on. So it was no surprise when this story about blue-tits came about, one of my favourite garden birds!
